We</div><div style="">aspire to create a happy and productive workplace for our employees, that embodies respect and</div><div style="">transparency in every part of the organization.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style=""><b style="font-weight: 700">What you’ll do</b></div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">• Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts and provide monthly close</div><div style="">deliverables.</div><div style="">• Collaborate with business teams and other cross-functional departments to ensure completeness</div><div style="">of accruals.</div><div style="">• Prepares monthly account schedules and reconciliations, including, but not limited to, prepaid</div><div style="">expenses, other assets, accrued liabilities, other liabilities.</div><div style="">• Assist in preparation of the monthly flux analysis for management review.</div><div style="">• Work closely with audit team on required deliverables.</div><div style="">• Own all aspects of Fixed Assets accounting (review FA purchases, process transaction in FA</div><div style="">module, perform various FA analyses).</div><div style="">• Ensure statutory compliances like TDS, TCS &amp;amp; GST within the RTR domain.</div><div style="">• Ensure compliance with key controls and suggest process improvements to make it more robust.</div><div style="">• Monitor non-standard billings to ensure proper invoicing and quantify month-close adjustment</div><div style="">when needed.</div><div style="">• Assist with special projects and adhoc requests as per requirement from various user departments.</div><div style="">• Identify and collaborate with cross-functional business partners and third parties to implement</div><div style="">best practices, automation and continuous process improvements</div><div style="">• Monitor high-risk accounts and ensure timely escalation of challenges to management</div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">• Should have prior experience of working in E-commerce business with experience on E-wallet</div><div style="">transactions, points redemption, points aggregation.</div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">What we’re looking for</div><div style=""><br></div><div style="">• 1 - 3 years of experience working in RTR domain or Invoicing</div><div style="">• CA/CWA is mandatory and experience in the field of B2C business model of ecommerce industry</div><div style="">would be preferred</div><div style="">• Working Knowledge of SAP, (Copa, SD, FI, PS and other relevant modules)</div><div style="">• Basic understanding of accounting standards, Company Law, GST &amp;amp; TDS laws and other related</div><div style="">compliances</div><div style="">• Ability to work well in a team across various functions and business lines</div><div style="">• Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders well</div><div style="">• Strong problem solving and creative thinking mindset</div><div style="">• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to devise solutions through a data drive approach</div>
